Tickets are available online through our website or via our ticket counter located on Surfers Paradise Boulevard.
Q. Do I need to book in advance?
There is no need to book in advance, except for groups and school tours.
Q. When is QDeck open?
Sunday - Thursday 9am till 9pm. Last tickets sold 45mins before closure.
Friday and Saturday 9am till midnight. Last tickets sold 45mins before closure.
From 8pm, QDeck morphs into QBar Nights on Friday and Saturday Nights

Q.What can I do at QDeck?
The breathtaking 360 degree views from Level 77 and 78 are the highlight of any visit to the QDeck. There are also visual displays to illustrate key points of interest in the region, high power binoculars, and the option to enjoy coffee and cake or cocktail from QBar.

Q. How many people can go into the lift?
The lift will comfortably accommodate 15 people per flight.
Q. Where can I park?
Limited complimentary visitor parking is available undercover at Q1 Resort and Spa. Entry to the car park is off Hamilton Ave.
Q. Is there access for wheelchair/disabled people?
Yes, QDeck is fully accessible by wheelchair.
Q. Are there any smoking areas at QDeck?
Smoking is not permitted on Level 77 and 78. A designate smoking area is on ground level in the piazza.
Q. What if the weather is bad?
One of the wonderful things about QDeck is that on any day, you will still see magnificent views of the Gold Coast region.

Q1 Resort and Spa will provide a range of cafes and retail outlets for you to enjoy, plus the stunning Q1 spa where you can book a massage or specialty spa treatment.

The average time span is half an hour to two hours.

There is no restaurant, however the fully licensed QBar is open daily for your cafe requirements.

No, the custom designed viewing deck is glass enclosed.
